If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through our CONTACT page within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement at no additional cost. Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
